Aquí dejo el proceso que seguí para hacer el dibujo de los ojos. El pelo me lo inventé para dale mas realismo y crear sombras que dieran volumen al dibujo. Pensé que era bueno dibujar un mechón de pelo negro enmarcando el ojo derecho y que no quedara mezclado con el blanco del papel.

Here it is the process I followed for drawing the eyes. I made up the hair to give more realism and create shadows that give volume to the drawing. I thought it was good to draw a tuft of black hair framing the right eye and that would not be mixed with white paper.

Otro dibujo de ojos. Este es el proceso de dibujo de un ojo realizado todo en la misma hoja (es decir que lo he dibujado cuatro veces).
Espero que a alguien le sea de utilidad.
Lo voy a poner a la venta.
Para ir variando tengo en mente los siguientes dibujos que creo que serán de otro tipo aunque me faltan los modelos de referencia. Tengo que buscar gente que se deje fotografiar.

Finalmente he decidido comenzar a vender algún dibujo. No se como me irá en esta nueva experiencia pero si no lo intento nunca lo sabré. Voy a comenzar en ebay. Pondré a la venta los cuatro o cinco siguientes dibujos que haga. El primero lo colgaré durante la semana y me servirá de aprendizaje.

Finally I decided to start selling some drawings. I don't know how will be this new experience but if I didn't try I'll never know. I'm gonna start on ebay. I'll sell the next drawings I'll do. I'm gonna post the first drawing during this week to try to learn all about the online selling.

woman in shadows 1/2 - mujer en la sombra 1/2

Otro dibujo en el que estoy jugando con las sombras. Todo el fondo será negro. Está hecho sobre papel el formato A3 (29x42 cms 13"x19" inches).

Another drawing in which I'm playing with shadows. All the background will be black. It's made on paper A3 (29x42 cm 13"x19" inches).

El dibujo ya está terminado. Finalmente me ha costado mas tiempo del previsto pero estoy contento con el resultado. Las texturas son muy agradecidas

Ya casi está terminado el dibujo. Aún me quedan entre dos y tres horas para terminarlo pero creo que no va a quedar mal. Pinchando en la imagen accedéis a la imagen ampliada en donde se ven las líneas todavía un poco en bruto, sin suavizar aunque hay algunas zonas que ya están terminadas.

Here It is the almost finished drawing. I still have two to three hours work to finish but now seems good. click to to the drawing to see a larger image where the lines are still a little rough, although there are some areas that are already completed.

Aquí dejo las primeras fases del dibujo que estoy haciendo. Me está llevando mas trabajo del que esperaba pero viendo los primeros sombreados creo que va a quedar bien.

Here it is the early stages of the drawing I'm working on. It is taking more work than I expected but looking at the first shadows I think it will look good.

Aquí dejo el dibujo ya terminado. No tenía muy claro como iba a quedar al dibujar con esta perspectiva pero creo que ha quedado bien.


Here it is the finished drawing. I Was not sure how it would be because the point of view is diferent but I think it's ok.

Aquí dejo el dibujo un poco mas avanzado. Tengo que asegurarme que el conjunto queda bien contrastado por lo que comienzo por la cara, luego hago el pelo marcando las zonas mas oscuras para luego ajustar el tono de la cara con el pelo.

Here it is the drawing a bit more advanced. I have to make sure that all is well contrasted so I began drawing the face, then I started drawing the hair marking the darkest areas and then adjust the tone of the face with hair.
