Me gusta mucho dibujar estas miradas. Sobre todo intento darle varios tonos al iris con zonas mas claras y mas oscuras. No es el primero que hago y no será el último.

ojos cerrados / eyes closed

Vuelvo otra vez a los fuertes contrastes. Mucha sombra y mucha zona oscura resaltando sobre el fondo blanco.

I'm again drawing strong contrasts. Lots of shade and lots of dark area highlighting against the white background.

new shop/ nueva tienda

Por fin he abierto una pequeña tienda. Por ahora está un poco vacía aunque poco a poco la iré llenado. Quiero hacer un apartado para retratos a lápiz, standard o personalizados ( con trajes de época o versión zombie), y alguna cosa mas aunque por ahora iré poco a poco.

I have finally opened a small shop. For now it is a bit empty but I will go gradually filled. I want to make a section of pencil portraits, standard or custom (in antique costume or zombie version). By now I'm going step by step

pencil on wood /lapiz sobre tabla

Estoy probando a dibujar con un poco de color y sobre tabla. El método es parecido ya que le color que le doy es muy poco. No se dibuja mal sobre tabla. Como ya tienes una base de color no tienes que sombrear tanto por lo que los dibujos son bantante rápidos.
En cuanto coja un poco de soltura lo intentaré con tablas mas grandes.


I'm trying to draw with a little color and on wood. The method is like drawing on a paper sheet because I've put only a little color lines. As I've a color background I don't have to shade all the drawing so I can do them faster than drawing on paper sheet.
As I take a bit of looseness I'll try with larger tables.

Me gusta como ha quedado este último dibujo. He intentado enmarcar el rostro dejando en blanco el abrigo. Creo que es una buena solución para captar la atención de lo importante, como en una fotografía en donde hay partes desenfocadas. El proceso de dibujo se encuentra en este post.

I like this drawing. I tried to frame the face leaving the coat in white color. I think it's a good solution to catch the attention of what is important, as in a photograph where there are unfocused areas . The drawing process is in this post.

He intentado en este dibujo hacer las sombras mas suaves aunque quizá con es escaneado no se aprecie tanto. De todos modos me gusta el resultado.

I tried on this drawing make the shadows softer but I think you can't see it because the scanner modify the constrast of the drawing. Anyway, I like the result.

Aquí dejo un sencillo boceto. Me ha gustado como queda y he decidido dejarlo como está.
Estoy intentando abrir una pequeña tienda online para vender los dibujos así que estos días tengo un poco menos de tiempo para dibujar. Pretendo poner dibujos desde 4 euros para ver como funciona. Admito sugerencias.
